OUR STORY

We opened our doors in the summer of 2000 with a simple philosophy, to use the best ingredients we could find, do as little to them as possible, and leave the quality and flavors to shine. Our recipes are inspired by the best in Italian and American comfort food and also by our ‘Nona’, whose kitchen was always filled with mouth-watering aromas of stewing tomatoes, baking focaccia, and fresh herbs. We bring “Italo-American Home Cooking” into the heart of Manhattan and Sacramento.

But...as Nona would say “It’s not just the good food that makes a party cara, you need great cocktails, good music, and a little passion to stir the soul” Pazza Notte is our home, and when guests stop by for a visit we always offer a warm welcome, simple food done right, great music, killer cocktails, and genuine hospitality.

It’s been 22 years since we fired up the brick oven and made our first thin-crust pizza it has been the adventure of a lifetime and we are here for it! Here’s to another 20 years of Marvelous Food, Martinis & Memories.
