We opened Pazza Notte in the summer of 2000 with the goal of creating a restaurant that celebrates all things Italian, the food, the hospitality, the warm and inviting culture with the passion one can only find in Italy.
Our philosophy is simple, use the best ingredients we can find, do as little to them as possible, leaving the quality and flavor of the product to shine. Our recipes are inspired by our travels along the Amalfi coast and by our Nona, who’s kitchen was always filled with wonderful aromas and lots of love. We bring “Italian Home Cooking” into the heart of Manhattan.
We make our pasta fresh daily and our core ingredients are extra virgin first press olive oil, Parmigiano Reggiano, Mediterranean sea salt, aged balsamic vinegar, and Prosciutto San Daniele, organic fresh basil and Heirloom tomatoes. These are the fundamental building blocks of the best Italian Cuisine and our belief is once you have had a meal featuring any combination of these ingredients nothing else will suffice.
Our restaurant is our home, and when you our guest stops by for a visit we always offer a warm and welcoming environment with a heavy focus on great music, flavorful cocktails, wonderful wines and friendly hospitality
